It’s not often someone bakes a cake from “scratch” these days, but my new friend, Stephanie, took the trouble to bake a special chocolate cake for my birthday. Her cake had chocolate filling and ganache frosting with a hint of cinnamon. It was a chocolate lover’s delight, I tell you!
